Shrugs - 20 N/A (gonna do them fri, was running out of time)
Lat Raises - 20
Overhead Press - 75
-Inc. curl - 25
-Preacher curl - 20+15
-Pull ups - 5
-Tri kickbacks - 20
-Tri pull-down -90
-Close grip bench -85
Overhead press was really good, felt it big time in the shoulders. Okay going back to sleep four hours until I have to wake up for class ugh.
