Okay, still haven't found my notebook :T But here's my workout so far this summer:
Wednesday:
DB Squats - 45 3x8
DB Deads - 45 3x8
Tri Kickbacks - 30 3x5
DB Press - 40 3x5
Incline Curls - 30 3x5
Lat Raise 20 3x5
Front Raise 20 3x5
Friday:
Pushups - 3x25
Crunches - 3x25
DB Row - 45 3x5
Dips - 3x8
DB Curls - 30 3x5
Yeah, kind of a lame workout, but eh. WHAT CAN YOU DO RIGHT. Not expecting any gains except in DB curls/kickpacks
